DEO holds Interactive Session with BLOs of 15-B’pora AC

Bandipora: The District Administration Bandipora on Wednesday conducted a special interactive session with the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of the 15-Bandipora Assembly Constituency at the Mini Secretariat Bandipora.
Deputy Commissioner/District Election Officer (DEO) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri led the session, which also witnessed the participation of ADC/Nodal Officer MCC Zaffar Husson Shawal, ACR/RO 15-Bandipora Shabir Ahmad Wani and other concerned.
Speaking on the occasion, the DEO emphasised the importance of an impartial approach by all BLOs and election officials, emphasizing the need to engage the public in the electoral process and enhance overall poll percentage. He stressed the responsibility of officials to facilitate voters in exercising their democratic rights and directed the concerned to ensure necessary facilities at all polling stations, as well as proper coordination for poll staff.
Assuring full administrative support for smooth and peaceful elections, the DEO highlighted the significance of voter awareness and the role of booth-level awareness groups.
The BLOs shared their concerns and suggestions with the DEO, who committed to address all genuine issues. Interacting with the media, the DEO said that all preparations are underway and that the District Administration is well-prepared to conduct the elections successfully.
