Doda : Additional District Magistrate, Doda, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 163 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), ordered that no party / candidate or general public shall organize any procession / public meeting / rally / road show / campaigning or make use of loudspeakers for campaigning during the MCC, without the prior permission of District Magistrate / Addl. District Magistrate.
Any violation of this order shall attract punitive action as warranted under relevant sections of law.
This order shall remain in force till October 5, 2024.
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Doda shall ensure the implementation of this order in letter and spirit.
