Block Diwas: Mega Public Outreach Prog held at Kulgam

Kulgam : As part of the weekly Block Diwas, a mega public outreach program was on Wednesday held in three blocks of Kulgam district.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kulgam, Vikar Ahmad Giri, presided over a grievance redressal camp at the mini-secretariat in Kulgam, where he listened to the grievances and issues of the people.
The camp was attended by various officers from the district administration, including ACD Syed Naseer and others.
Delegations from various areas apprised the ADC of their issues and demands.
The officers responded to the queries and demands of the people pertaining to their respective departments on the spot. The ADC addressed some of the immediate grievances on the spot and assured that the rest of the genuine issues and grievances would be addressed in a time-bound manner.
The Block Diwas initiative aims to ensure early redressal of grievances and issues of the people, and the event was a step towards this goal.
