SWD, GDC Banihal organised ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan’

Ramban: The Social Welfare Department, Ramban, in collaboration with Government Degree College (GDC) Banihal, organized a event under the ‘NashaMukt Bharat Abhiyan’, guided by DC RambanBaseer-Ul-HaqChaudhary.
The campaign commenced with a gathering at GDC Banihal, where students, faculty, and community members assembled under the slogan “Say No to Drugs and Yes to Life.” A pledge ceremony ensued, with participants committing to exemplify a life free from drug use.
This event forms part of a broader series of activities across Ramban, encompassing awareness camps, rallies, and outreach programs, all designed to disseminate the anti-drug message under the overall supervision of DSWO Ramban, Rahul Gupta. The collaboration between the SWD and GDC Banihal illustrates the strength of community action in forging a drug-free future. Social worker, MusavirGiri, moderated the program and ensured successful conduction of the program.
