Srinagar : Police in Anantnag on Friday observed “Ek Ped Shaheedon Kay Naam” (A Tree in the Name of Martyrs), a heartfelt initiative to honour the sacrifices of Police martyrs while promoting environmental conservation.
Th tree plantation drives were conducted at several locations, including the premises of Police Station Kokernag, SDPO Office Kokernag, and near the homes of Martyr HC Fayaz Ahmad Raina and SGCT Manzoor Ahmad Dar. The saplings were planted in memory of these brave officers, paying tribute to their ultimate sacrifices.
