Kulgam: As part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Week, the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) in collaboration with the District Administration Kulgam on Thursday organized an awareness programme at the Auditorium Hall of DC office Kulgam.
The programme was presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Viqar Ahmed Giri, and attended by ACR, ACD, and ACP besides other officers and officials from different departments.
Addressing the gathering, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dy-SP ACB, Narinder Singh and other officers from ACB emphasized the importance of collective participation in the fight against corruption.
They highlighted the measures taken to prioritize accountability, transparency and zero tolerance against corruption.
The programme aimed to raise awareness among the public about the existence, causes and gravity of corruption, and the agencies responsible for dealing with corrupt practices. Besides, the audience was informed about the recently launched JK-SAMADHAN portal where the general masses can file their grievances.
