Jammu : Mission Director POSHAN J&K, RubinaKouser took detailed review of ongoing welfare schemes of all the Poshan Projects of District Jammu.
District Program Officer Poshan Jammu, Pankaj Kumar Anand, appraised the chair about the targets and achievements made as on date under different schemes of Mission Poshan.
Mission Director, Poshan directed all the CDPOs of Disttjammu to make full expenditure under various heads including Honorarium, Rent, incentives of Sanginis/Sahayikas, CBEs, Data charges etc. under PoshanAbhiyan with in a weeks time so that District can be eligible for next installment. She directed all the CDPOs to personally monitor the quality of nutrition to strictly avoid any sub-standard material in the Anganwadi Centers. She issued instructions to complete the process of recruitment to fill the vacant posts of Sangini/Sahayika for which the approval has already been conveyed.
She also emphasized on covering all the eligible Anganwadi workers and helpers under PMJSBY and PMJJBY insurance schemes and also on generation of ABHA cards of all the beneficiaries.
Regarding ongoing training program of all the Anganwadi workers PoshanBhiPadaiBhi, CDPOs were directed to ensure active participation of all the Anganwadi workers in the training as it is crucial for them to upgrade their skill and working ability. The meeting was ended with vote of thanks to and from the chair.
