Distt Admin Ramban conducts sanitation & plantation drives under Swachhata Pakhwada

Ramban: Series of impactful sanitation and plantation drives were organized across the district under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Baseer-Ul-HaqChaudhary.
These initiatives aims to promote cleanliness, sustainability, and community involvement, reinforcing the district’s commitment to a greener and healthier future.
Empowering youth for a cleaner tomorrow, Government Degree College Banihal has been at the forefront of SwachhataPakhwada, conducting various activities that instill values of cleanliness, sustainability, and community service among students. These activities are designed to educate and engage the youth, empowering them to become ambassadors of cleanliness and environmental stewardship.
The Forest Department team conducted a plantation drive at Ishkunda Potato Farm, Gool, under the theme “EkPedMaaKeNaam” as part of SwachhataPakhwada.
Medical Block Batote has taken significant strides in promoting cleanliness through various SwachhataPakhwada activities. The focus on hygiene, sanitation, and waste management reflects the team’s dedication to fostering a healthier community.
Education Zone Khari has integrated SwachhataPakhwada activities into their curriculum, organizing engaging activities that emphasize cleanliness and hygiene. This integration ensures that the values of cleanliness and sustainability are ingrained in students from an early age, inspiring a cleaner future.
District Hospital Ramban conducted a comprehensive sanitation drive Wednesday under SwachhataPakhwada, ensuring a hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Meanwhile, a series of plantation drives under the themes “EkPedMaaKeNaam” and “EkPedShahidoonKeNaam” have been organized across various health institutions in Ramban. These drives not only honor mothers and heroes through nature’s beauty but also promote a healthier environment and community hygiene. The Sub-District Hospital Banihal also took part by conducting mopping and cleaning activities under SwachhataPakhwada.
