Reasi: In an order, Additional District Magistrate, Reasi in exercise of powers vested under section 163 BharatiyaNagarikSurakshaSanhita, 2023 imposed restrictions on movement of all sorts of heavy Goods Vehicle/Truck/Tippers/Dumpers from Asia Chowk, Katra to Ban Ganga Katra between 8 am to 9 pm.
He further said that any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 223 of BhartiyaNyayaSanhita, 2023 and Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi shall ensure the compliance of this order.
