Udhampur: NSS Unit of Government Degree College Majaltaorganised a painting competition as a part of series of activities under SwachhtaPakhwada campaign under the able guidance of the Principal Prof. (Dr.) Shalini Sharma and supervision of Prof AnuradhaChowdhary (Nodal Officer).
The event saw an impressive turnout with over 20 participants from various Departments.
A panel of esteemed judges including Prof. Chander Mohan (HOD English) and Prof. Kamal Jeet (HOD Hindi) evaluated the paintings.
Rupali Sharma of Semester- V secured First Position, Monika of Semester -III secured Second Position and AkramRahi of Semester- V secured Third Position.
The event provided a platform to the students to showcase their talent. The students painted different ideas pertaining to the theme enthusiastically.
Prof. Dalip Kumar, Prof. Naresh Kumar, Dr. ShahnawazParveen, Jasvinder Singh and Vinod Kumar were also present on the occasion.
The whole event was organised by Prof. AnuradhaChowdhary (NSS PO).
