Kishtwar: As a part of Training and IEC programmeon Wednesday on the 3rd Day, the District Administration Kishtwar spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, DrDevanshYadav conducted a comprehensive awareness cum orientation programme for all BDOs and RDD officials regarding the newly launched JK Samadhan portal here in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex Kishtwar.
The DIO Informatics Centre/Technical Nodal Officer at the DC Office Complex, Kishtwar, PankajKashyap presented a detailed overview of the session through PPT aimed at equipping the Block Development Officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and utilize the portal.
During the session, Resource person SajjadHussain briefed officer on the functionalities and features of the JK Samadhan portal.
Besides, the training included detailed discussions on the portal’s user interface, navigation, and the various modules available for complaint registration, tracking, and resolution. Emphasis was placed on the importance of timely and efficient handling of public grievances to improve transparency and accountability within the administration.
DC appreciated the seamless efforts of all the Master trainers for make the awareness cum orientation programme a grand success.
Officers were also sensitised to familiarize themselves with the reporting and analytics tools available on the portal to generate insights into common issues and improve service delivery. Additionally, discussions were held on the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to enhance the overall effectiveness of the grievance redressal system.
