Kishtwar: A comprehensive training session for all tehsil Level officers/Officials regarding the newly launched JK Samadhan portal was conducted on Tuesday in the VC Hall of DC Office Complex Kishtwar.
The DIO Informatics Centre/Technical Nodal Officer, PankajKashyap presented a detailed overview of the session aimed at equipping the tehsil level officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and utilize the portal.
During the session, Resource person SajjadHussain briefed officer on the functionalities and features of the JK Samadhan portal.
Besides, the training included detailed discussions on the portal’s user interface, navigation, and the various modules available for complaint registration, tracking, and resolution. Emphasis was placed on the importance of timely and efficient handling of public grievances to improve transparency and accountability within the administration.
Officers were also sensitised to familiarize themselves with the reporting and analytics tools available on the portal to generate insights into common issues and improve service delivery. Additionally, discussions were held on the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to enhance the overall effectiveness of the grievance redressal system.
The training session concluded with a Q&A segment, where participants had the opportunity to clarify any doubts and share their feedback on the portal.
