A police team from Bahu Fort Police Station was conducting routine patrolling and frisking near the JDA office at Bahu Plaza when they noticed a suspicious vehicle with registration number HR62A-6518 coming from Shiv Market towards the Railway Station. The driver attempted to flee but was stopped by the police after a brief effort.
Upon stopping the vehicle, the police found three occupants, identified as Mohsin Aslam Khan, son of Mohd Aslam Khan from Hamama Budgam, Srinagar; Mohd Amin, son of Ghulam Hassan from Sheikhpura Budgam, Srinagar; and Azhar Manzoor Bhat, son of Manzoor Ahmed from Nowabazar, Srinagar.
