The students, their parents and the society have a lot of expectations from teachers. His behaviour should be impartial with a positive attitude. Teachers are the pillars of our society and our education system and for a student a teacher is a role model. We know that they sacrifices their life for a student like a candle but, why does the Government teach the parents of private school and teach their children at private school despite them being teachers at government school and not paying more attention towards the students especially in primary schools? Is their attitude or thinking towards government schools correct despite them being government teachers? In our society there is one of the major estates educating their children from private school but the parents are government teacher. Is there any loophole in governance of government school’s education system or teachers are not paying interest and attention towards children, especially those pursuing primary education. Nowadays, the government school’s are providing a good quality of education and teachers are paying attention to students in some schools, despite this students are non-locals, migrants, or students belonging to poor strata. We can say that one of the main reason of this cause is social negativity in the mind of general public and lack of quality education. We should focus on this, why the teacher of government school, are the parents of private school. There are various reasons behind it, may be Non-functional facilities, improvement in various insights, teaching methods and hardworking of teachers. These reasons are cause by which the some estates of our society do not have faith on the education of government schools. On the other side, if we took a look on the education quality and system of private schools, they always focus on the improvement of students, providing quality education by the methods of digital learning and using smart boards and weekly planned smart classes for students by which society always prefer private school’s for foundation classes. There are various factors responsible for the good administration of government schools:-
1. Management: Managing staff is very necessary for the smooth functioning of any Educational institute. It schedules the parents and teachers meet and avail facilities for the activities which were scheduled in the school and also take care of the quality education through conducting the committee of various educationists. This committee is a a group of various educationists, scholars and other senior teachers which also take care of the quality education, facilities and teaching staff of the institution.
2. Using Advanced technology and advertisement: Private schools use their good source of capital on social media, working places, newspapers, and public places for advertising the facilities, activities and also other valuable comments. Private schools put to use advanced technology for teaching purposes such as smart boards, projectors, TLM’s and smart televisions by which all the primary concepts of a student being cleared.
3. Infrastructure: Infrastructure is one the most attracting and important thing for the establishment of schools, government or private. Private schools focus on the infrastructure, playground and conference hall, because extended area of institution will help the school management to organise the conferences, co-curricular activities for the welfare of students.
4. Honest Educational team: Every private school is headed by a principal and chairman, by this all the teaching staff is aware of questioning by the heads and all the heads keep keen gaze on teaching team by the method of developing the proper diary /progress chart and weekly report of student by teachers which helps the institution to governance the functioning of institution, progress of student as well as teacher’s.
Above we discussed some important factors responsible for setup of quality education at government school. Government should make a team of educationists, which prosecute the implementation of these factors responsible for the quality education. It we talk about the infrastructure of primary government schools is negligent. Students have to sit on the mates on the soil. If we take cares a cat in our bedroom, it will also prefer a good environment but if we take care a cat on a soil, it will be wild also. Government should develop the faith among all the general public by implementing the new education policy and modernised smart boards.
“In the 21st century parents want clean environment, suitable accommodation for their children. Infrastructure, smart boards are secondary matters but the primary matter is providing quality education to students by teachers. When teachers focus on the student with some serious insights there is not much need of clearing concepts by the mean of Smart boards.”

Weaknesses Of Our Primary Government Schools: In a conversation with a primary school student, when I asked her to say something about her school she said, my name is Atiya, I am the student of class third but when I asked her a question related to mathematics she became quiet. Her quietness is the witness to all the weaknesses. While speaking to media persons on the eve of Lohri festival on 14 January, LG Manoj Sinha said that there are more than 500 schools which have the need of infrastructure. In primary government schools where the students go to grab the basic education in a quality manner, they don’t get their basic and foundation education in a justified manner. There are various weaknesses behind this which are the main reasons why our student grabbing their basic education from government school is not in principled procedure.

1. Lack Of Serious Interest In Teachers Towards Students: In primary government schools teachers don’t pay serious interest towards the student which is the main factor, because an honest team of educationists is very important for the working of an educational institute.
2. Lack Of Infrastructure And Sitting Arrangement: Government primary schools buildings are not in good condition for the usage of students, still the students are grabbing their education from these institutions with no accommodation of Desks in schools. These facilities are very basic for the students in the 21st century.
3. Non-Serious Or Biasedness Of Checking Team Established By Local Admin: As the team of educationists works in the private schools for checking the accommodation, facilities and other administrative matters likewise government school are also checked and administered by these groups of educationists and ministry of education but the non seriousness of team don’t take serious steps and actions in the welfare of student which are being teaching without the books, uniforms, Desks. These teams should be serious, and top up the voices of those students who are not getting a quality education despite establishing various policy, schemes and promises by ministry of education.
4. Lack Of Technology In Schools For Teaching Purpose: In private schools various modernised technology is being available which help the student to understand the basic and fundamental concepts. On the other side, government schools especially primary schools don’t have any smart boards, conference halls for their activities with new technology. These are factors which influence the student as well as his parent.
In my opinion, local administration should verify the implementation of orders and policies, which will help the students to grab the quality education from government schools. And some teachers become money minded but they should do their duty sincerely and should be punctual and regular. Administration should conduct monthly meets and show seriousness for the welfare of student by taking needy steps and establish modern mean of technology for teaching purpose. Smart boards which make the students concept clear as well as their future bright. Then, there are chances that the student belonging from elite families will join the primary government schools. When government serious took serious steps and develops the classrooms, infrastructure and involves new method of teaching then the student joins the primary government schools. Above we discussed the basic factor by which one wants to teach their children in government schools especially for their foundation classes. Main reasons are lack of technology and facilities in these schools for students. In the 21st century parents want clean environment, suitable accommodation for their children. Infrastructure, smart boards are secondary matters but the primary matter is providing quality education to students by teachers. When teachers focuses on the student with some serious insights there is not much need of clearing concepts by the mean of Smart boards.
