J&K Pharmacy council conducts online Pharmacist registration camp at Ang

Anantnag : To provide on-spot dispensation to the applicants who have applied for Registration/ Re-Registration as Pharmacist through the online portal (www.jkpc.in) of Pharmacy Act, 1948, the Jammu and Kashmir Pharmacy Council in collaboration with the Office of the Assistant Drug Controller Anantnag/ Kulgam on Saturday conducted a camp office at Anantnag for Districts Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama and Shopian.
A total of 63 left over candidates attended the camp office and their genuine grievances were redressed on-spot. In some cases, the applicants were advised to upload deficient documents as per check list provided on Pharmacy Council Website “www.jkpc.in” so that their bonafide claims are addressed in a shortest possible time in its right perspective.
The Assistant Drug Controller Anantnag/ Kulgam, Rumeesa Mohammad appealed the stakeholders to come forward with their genuine claims so that no eligible person who holds the requisite eligibility to get himself/herself registered/Re-Registered as Pharmacist under the Central Pharmacy Regulation is left out from consideration zone (the deadline is 31st Aug. 2024) in terms of Act No. 31 Dated: 15-08-2023.
The Registrar J&K Pharmacy Council, Surinder Mohan has assured the stakeholders that the Pharmacy Council of the U.T of J&K is committed to achieve its objective and any person who has a genuine grievance related to the practice/profession of pharmacy in the U.T of J&K can contact the council through its Official Website/Email and Toll Free numbers.
