BGSB Celebrates World Youth Skills Day

Rajouri :Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri celebrated world youth skills day. On the occasion, Prof. Akbar Masood,Vice Chancellor of the University said that the skilling of youth is necessary to succeed in ever- evolving world.
In his message on skilling of youth Prof. Akbar said that in today’s technology driven landscape it is critical that our youth must possess skills to navigate and lead in various spheres of life. Prof. Akbar said that this day reminds us our commitment to provide necessary skills to our youth to thrive. Prof. Akbar said that at BGSB University we are committed in providing necessary skills to our students for achieving the academic excellence. Prof. Akbar highlighted various initiatives taken by the University for imparting necessary skills to the students undergoing various professional courses being offered by the University. Prof. Akbar said that a part from the industry driven academic framework, the University has designed various hands-on training programs by establishing state-of-the-art laboratories to provide necessary skills to the students as per industry standards. On the occasion,Prof. Akbar underscored the importance of skilling youth to achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat@ 47.
