DDC Rajouri finalises annual action plan for FY 2024-25

Rajouri : Chairperson District Development Council Rajouri Advocate Naseem Liyaqat on Saturday chaired a meeting of the District Development Council here in the PWD Dak Bungalow to finalise the annual action plan for the financial year 2024-25. The meeting held detailed deliberations and ensured that the projects proposed are within the budgetary limits, feasible to execute and are proposed in consultation with all stakeholders.
The DDC Members discussed the priorities of their areas proposed in the annual action plan. The meeting underlined the importance of proper utilization of funds, effective monitoring of projects and timely completion of works. The DDC members also gave valuable suggestions and inputs to enrich the planning process and ensure a robust and effective development strategy for the district.
The Chairperson emphasized the need for a comprehensive and inclusive plan that addresses the needs of the maximum number of people.
After thorough discussions on the proposals, the plan for the financial year 2024-25 was finalised and approved in the Council.
The Chairperson expressed satisfaction over the finalized plan, ensuring optimal resource utilization and the development initiatives taken for the district. The DDC members committed to work in close coordination with the district administration to facilitate the successful implementation of the plan, benefiting the people of Rajouri district.

Abdul Rashid; DDC Member Doongi, Khalid Choudhary; DDC Member Dhangri, Rameshwar Singh; DDC Member Budhal Old-A, Shazia Kouser; DDC Member Moughla, Shamim Akhter; DDC Member Budhal New, Nasreen Akhter and DDC Member Kalakote, Anita Thakur participated in the meeting of the council.
The meeting was also attended by ; SE PWD(R&B), Devi Dayal; CPO Maqsood Ahmed; ACD, Vijay Kumar; ACP (Dy CEO DDC), Sheraz Chowhan; DSEO, Sandeep Sharma; DPO, Mohd Nawaz Choudhary; EXENs of PWD, Jal Shakti, PDD; EXEN I&FC and all Block Development Officer of the district Rajouri.
