Successful Conclusion of Under 14 Boys Inter-Zonal Distt Level Competitions at Showkat Ali Stadium, B’la

Baramulla: The week-long Inter-Zonal District Level Competitions for under 14 and 17 boys and girls, organized by the Youth Services and Sports Department Baramulla, are in full swing at Showkat Ali Stadium, Baramulla.
Under the supervision of Nazir Ahmad Bhat, District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Baramulla, the events have seen enthusiastic participation and remarkable sportsmanship from young athletes across the district.
The Under 14 boys’ competitions concluded with thrilling finals in Kho Kho, Kabaddi, and Volleyball. In the Kho Kho final, Zone Sopore triumphed over Zone Wagoora, showcasing their agility and teamwork.
The Kabaddi final saw Zone Boniyar emerging victorious against Zone Wagoora in a display of strength and strategy.
Additionally, the Volleyball final saw Zone Sopore secured a victory against Zone Dangerpora, demonstrating their dominance in multiple disciplines.
The closing ceremony for the Under 14 boys’ competitions was graced by esteemed guests including ZPEO Baramulla, Mohammad Arif Bhat (PEL), and Dr. Firdous Ahmad Lone (PEL).
The winners and runners-up teams were honored with certificates and trophies, celebrating their hard work and dedication.
As the Under 14 competitions draw to a close, excitement builds for tomorrow’s Under-17 boys’ competitions, which will continue at the same venue.
The Youth Services and Sports Department Baramulla extends its best wishes to all participants and looks forward to another day of outstanding performances.
