Police Establishes Library-Cum-Reading Room In G’bal

Srinagar : To promote educational activities & support the students and as well as to build good police-public relations, Police in Ganderbal under Civic Action Program in collaboration with Municipal Council Ganderbal on Wednesday established library cum reading room in Municipal Building at new Bus Stand Ganderbal.
The SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta inaugurated the library. Addl. SP Ganderbal Malik Aijaz, Gh Hassan Hqrs Ganderbal, DySP DAR DPL Ganderbal, EO Municipal Council Ganderbal, Teachers, Students, Civil Society members, respectables of the district & media fraternity were present.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta stressed upon the students to take studies seriously for their better & successful future. He also impressed upon them to take part in sports activities as it helps to boost self-confidence, concentration, physical as well as mental health. He also said that students should make optimum use of time and channelize their energy in the right directions and take good benefits of newly established library in the district.
