Adnan Doolwal journey as a young classical Kashmiri singer is making waves with his melodious voice and profound understanding of traditional music.
Early life and Background: Born on 10th September 1996 in kishtwar ‘ where Adnan was raised. Early Education was completed from Green Model Academy High School Kishtwar. After completing Graduation, Adnan was introduced to music at a very tender age. Growing up in a family that held a deep appreciation for Kashmiri culture and arts, He was surrounded by the sounds of traditional instruments and folk songs. His parents, recognizing his innate talent, encouraged him to pursue music seriously.
Musical Training: Adnan’s formal training began under the tutelage of a local maestro, where he was trained in the nuances of classical music. He learned the intricacies of ragas, talas, and the various styles from Rehmat Ali Rehmat Najar, Betab Bhadarwahi, and Darmesh Nargotra.
His dedication and passion were evident as he spent hours practicing and honing her skills, striving for perfection in every note.
Influences and Inspirations: The young singer draws inspiration from the great classical musicians and traditional Sufi and folk music of Kashmir. He blends these influences to create a unique sound that resonates deeply with his audience.
Rise To Fame: His breakthrough came when he performed in cultural programmes of colleges and local music festival, captivating the audience with his powerful yet soulful voice. These performances were turning point, garnering his widespread recognition and opening doors to numerous opportunities. Since then, he has performed at various prestigious platforms, both within chenab valley and outside jammu & Kashmir, earning accolades for his exceptional talent.

He actively participates in cultural programs aimed at reviving traditional music forms and works with young aspiring musicians, mentoring them and sharing his knowledge.
