Doda: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Harvinder Singh, led a thorough market inspection in Doda town ahead of EidulAzha.
Accompanied by ACR Doda, Dy SP Headquarters, Dy SP Traffic, EO MC, Food Inspector, and other officials, the DC ensured compliance with regulations and standards.
The visit aimed to oversee market checking activities, prevent malpractices, and ensure the availability of essential commodities at fair prices during the festive season.
During the inspection, DC DodaHarvinder Singh interacted with vendors, traders, and shoppers to address any concerns and maintain a conducive market environment.
The DC also visited the EidgahDoda to review arrangements for the upcoming EidulAzha prayers, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and overall preparedness of the Eidgah for the congregation. Emphasizing the importance of maintaining order and cleanliness in public spaces, he urged cooperation from all stakeholders to uphold communal harmony and unity during the festival.
Additionally, DC Doda urging the public not to park vehicles on roadsides in Doda.
Recognizing the importance of maintaining smooth traffic flow and ensuring pedestrian safety during the festive period, DC DodaHarvinder Singh emphasized the strict implementation of the no-parking policy on roadsides.
The District Administration of Doda remains committed to facilitating a safe and enjoyable EidulAzha celebration for all residents through proactive measures and collaborative efforts.
