B’la excels in Inter-School Sports with over 2300 Student participants

Baramulla: Baramulla District witnessed an impressive turnout as 2350 students took part in the inter-school zonal sports competitions organized by the Youth Services and Sports Department Baramulla.
The events spanned multiple zones, including Sopore, Baramulla, Dangerpora, Singhpora Pattan, Nehalpora, and Kunzer, featuring a range of sports such as volleyball, kabaddi, and kho-kho.
Students from various age groups participated enthusiastically, showcasing their skills and fostering a spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition. The competitions were held at prominent venues including Subhana Stadium Sopore, HS Khawajabagh, HSS Mirgund Pattan, DIET Ground Malmapanpora, HS Tujar, and the Sports Stadium Kunzer.
The events highlighted the vibrant sports culture in Baramulla, promoting sportsmanship, unity, and physical fitness among the youth. The participation of a large number of students from both government and private institutions underscored the inclusive and dynamic nature of these competitions.
