Jammu : The Police Post Belicharana, operating under Police Station Satwari in Jammu District, Friday submitted chargesheets in four significant trespassing cases, highlighting the police’s dedication to maintaining law and order in the region. These cases, involving multiple accused from Belicharana, have been presented before the respective Hon’ble courts in Jammu.
One of the cases, FIR No. 103/2024, involves Jameel Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed, residing at Lane No. 06, Bashir Gujjar Basti, Belicharana. His case has been submitted to the Railway Magistrate, Jammu, with the next hearing scheduled for August 9, 2024.
Another case, FIR No. 105/2024, names Bashir Ahmed Khan, son of Sher Zaman Khan, of House No. 106, Gujjar Basti, Belicharana, and will be heard by the 2nd Additional Munsif Court, Jammu, on August 27, 2024.
The third case, FIR No. 115/2024, involves Wali Mohammad Khan, son of Mohammad Sharief Khan, from Doda Basti, Belicharana. This case has been presented to the Passenger Tax Magistrate, Jammu, with the next hearing set for September 4, 2024.
The fourth case, FIR No. 118/2024, involves Barket Ali, son of Mir Hussain, from Bashir Gujjar Basti, Belicharana, and is scheduled for the Special Magistrate, 13 FC, Jammu, with the next hearing on October 7, 2024.
These chargesheets are related to cases under Section 447 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with criminal trespassing. The accused individuals are alleged to have unlawfully entered properties, causing disruptions and distress to the lawful occupants.
