Pr Distt Sessions Judge Samba Chairs Coordination Committee Meeting

Samba: In terms of the Order No. 520 of 2021/RG dated 14.07.2021 of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, a Coordination Committee Meeting under the guidance of Adnan Sayeed, Chairman of Coordination Committee, (Principal District & Sessions Judge Samba) was convened in District Court Samba District on Friday in the Office Chamber of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Samba.
The meeting was chaired by Adnan Sayeed, Chairman, Coordination Committee (Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba) to discuss the issues concerning ways and means for effective, efficient and timely rendering of justice to the litigants.
The main objective of convening the meeting in District Samba was to discuss the agenda pertaining to infrastructural and security issues faced by the Judicial Institution in Samba District, and ways and means of developing and improving it.
The agenda taken up in the previous coordination meeting was resolved in the meeting and new agenda were taken up to be resolved before the next coordination meeting.
The meeting was attended by all the stakeholders including Secretary Coordination Committee Preet Simran K. Grover (CJM Samba); Vinay Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police Samba; Additional Deputy Commissioner Samba Kuldeep Bhat; Public Prosecutor, Incharge Prosecution wing, Samba, besides other co-opted members including Executive Engineer PWD, JE PDD Samba, Deputy CMO Samba, CEO Municipal Committee Samba, Chairperson Child Welfare Committee, Forest officer, joined the meeting physically, while Superintendent Central Jail Kotbhalwal and Superintendent District Jail Kathua, joined the meeting through virtual mode.
