Srinagar :Apni Party President, Syed Mohammad AltafBukharion Wednesday expressed his profound grief and sorrow over the deaths of at least four individuals who fell into tubewells in Budgam and Kupwara.
According to a statement issued from party headquarters here, three men fell into a tubewell, with two of them falling while attempting to rescue the first one, in Gotipora village of the Khansahib area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district here on Wednesday. The rescue team pulled out the dead bodies of two of them after over six hours, while as the third one is still trapped inside and the rescue operation is underway.
Besides in a separate but similar tragedy, two people died after falling into a well in the SatboinDardpora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara today. In this incident, three others have been rescued and hospitalised. They were cleaning the well when this tragedy occurred.
Moreover, Syed Mohammad AltafBukhari expressed his profound grief and sorrow over these tragic deaths.
In his condolence message, he extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for them to have the patience to bear the pain of their tragic and irreparable losses. He also prayed for eternal peace for the departed souls.
