Deoria (UP): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday hit hard at his detractors and claimed that on June four, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is going to register a huge victory.

Addressing a public meeting for party candidates Kamlesh Paswan and Shashank Mani Tripathi from Bansgaon and Deoria in Rudrapur, he further claimed that Modi is committed to development of the country, but some forces are feeling pain due to India’s progress.

Taking a jibe at INDIA bloc, he alleged that prayers are being offered for the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress in Pakistan and ‘jihadis’ are supporting them from across the border.

He said, “When we are opposing reservation on the basis of religion, the INDIA bloc is abusing us.”

Talking about just-concluded sixth phase of voting, the PM claimed that “The sixth phase has made INDIA bloc run away.”

Stating that June four is going to decide future of India, he said, “… the country will spread its wings for a new flight. For this, people of India are waiting for June four. … three crore poor people will get a permanent house. Elders above 70 years of age will get free treatment of more than Rs five lakh. From June four, the countdown to the country becoming the third largest economy in the world will begin. With this, every Indian has the opportunity to move forward.”

Modi further said that on June four, on the day of Budhwa Mangal, a Mangal Yatra of India will begin.

“Today, people in the villages are seen filled with happiness due to progress of the country,” he said.

Making a serious allegation that ‘jihadis’ from across the border are supporting INDIA bloc, he claimed that here the SP-Congress people are appealing for vote jihad.

“Their issue is not development of the country, but they want to push India back several decades,” he added.
