Govt. reconstitutes Board of Directors of JKPCC Ltd.

Srinagar, May 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded sanction to the reconstitution of the Board of Directors (BoDs) of the Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Corporation Limited (J&KPCC Ltd) with Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor, as its Chairman.

“In supersession of all previous orders issued on the subject, sanction is hereby accorded to the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of J&K Project Construction Corporation Limited in pursuance of Article 79 of Articles of Association of Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Corporation Limited (JKPCC Ltd.) with the following composition:

Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to Lieutenant Governor (Chairman); Santosh D Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government Finance Department (Director); Bhupinder Kumar, Secretary to the Government Public Works (R&B) Department (Director); Mohammad Aijaz, Secretary to Government, Planning Development & Monitoring Department (Director); Fayaz Ahmad, Director General Codes, Finance Department (Director); Nitu Gupta, Secretary in the Finance Department (Director); Rajesh Kumar Shavan, Managing Director, J&K Project Construction Corporation Limited (Director/Member Secretary); Tanvir Mir, Chief Engineer, PMGSY Kashmir holding additional charge of Engineer-in-Chief (Director); Anil Pandohi, Chief Engineer, Public Works (R&B), Pir Panjal (Director); Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Chief Engineer, Public Works (R&B), Jammu Zone (Director),” the order reads.
