Ganderbal : The randomization process for the pitching of shops during Amarnath Yatra 2024 was conducted on Tuesday in the V.C Room of the DC Office Ganderbal.
The randomization process was overseen by Deputy Commissioner, Shyambir and Additional District Development Commissioner, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani.
It was carried out for several key locations along the Yatra route, including Baltal, Domail, Railpathri, Barimarg, and Sangam. A total of 134 applications were selected for pitching of shops at these designated locations.
The approval and allocation of shops through randomization ensure a fair and transparent process, providing equal opportunities to all applicants. The successful completion of this process marks a significant step in the preparations for the upcoming SANJY 2024, ensuring that all necessary amenities and services will be available to pilgrims along the route.
The DC expressed his satisfaction with the smooth conduct of the randomization process and emphasized the administration’s commitment to facilitating a well-organized and safe pilgrimage for all devotees.
The district administration remains dedicated to ensuring that all arrangements for the Amarnath Yatra 2024 are completed efficiently, prioritizing the convenience and safety of the pilgrims.
