Srinagar: Nissan Motor India has expanded its presence in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, with the inauguration of a cutting-edge dealership and service workshop.
Spanning a total area of 18,727 sq. ft., the new Kashmir Nissan Showroom and service facility signify Nissan’s deepening commitment to the Indian market and its cherished clientele. This move elevates Nissan’s national touch points to a total of 272.
The showroom, operated by Kitab Mobility Pvt. Ltd., boasts 6,527 sq. ft. of space, while the state-of-the-art service workshop covers 12,200 sq. ft. Both spaces are outfitted with top-notch amenities and staffed by proficient sales and service professionals.
This ensures a seamless and gratifying experience for customers throughout their car-buying and ownership journey.
Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL), emphasized the strategic importance of Srinagar, stating, “Srinagar serves as a crucial gateway for Nissan, extending our reach into Jammu & Kashmir and beyond.
With the launch of our new dealership and service workshop, our aim is to craft a journey for our customers that is not just hassle-free but truly delightful, surpassing their expectations at every turn. These new touch points are a testament to our unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.”
In addition to bolstering its physical presence, Nissan has enriched its product lineup to cater to the evolving demands of Indian consumers. The introduction of the Magnite EZ-Shift and the Magnite KURO Special Edition in October 2023 reflects Nissan’s commitment to delivering exceptional value and versatility to its customers.
Aligned with its customer-centric approach, Nissan Motor India adopts a PHYGITAL distribution model, seamlessly integrating offline and online channels to offer a holistic solution to customers’ automotive needs.
This innovative approach simplifies the buying process, allowing customers to access integrated offline-online payment options at their preferred showroom.
