Ganderbal: In a concerted effort to bolster education and empower young girls, a distribution event was held under the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao (BBBP) initiative, providing stationery kits to female students in zone Hariganwan of Kangan Ganderbal.
The event, organized by Sankalp HEW MS Ganderbal under the supervision of District Social Welfare Officer Ganderbal marked a significant stride towards gender equality and educational accessibility.
The stationary kits contain essential educational materials such as notebooks, pens, pencils, and geometry sets.
The beneficiaries, female students from Middle School GB Hariganwan, Middle School Baghi Surfraw, Middle school GB Thune and Middle School Syed Basti Surfraw received the kits as part of the ongoing efforts to support their educational journey.
The initiative aims to address the challenges faced by young girls in accessing quality education.
