Srinagar : Vice President J&K National Conference and party candidate for Baramulla parliamentary constituency Omar Abdullah Thursday said people of Jammu and Kashmir are facing the most difficult problems and difficulties.
Addressing people at different places during the road show in Lolab Omar said, “Our new generation is troubled in every way. On the one hand, the scourge of unemployment and on the other hand, the apathy of the rulers have turned them against the wall. If someone has been booked or if someone’s distant relative has been a militant, he does not get CID verification in any case, as a result he can neither get a passport nor get a job. I was of the opinion that the son or relative of a militant is not a militant, if someone’s relative made a mistake by picking up a gun, it doesn’t mean we need to punish their relatives.”
