Police accords warm send-off to retiring officers on their superannuation in G’bal

Srinagar : Police in Ganderbal on Wednesday organised a farewell function to accord a warm send-off to five officers who superannuated from their active services. On attaining the age of superannuation, retirees were given a warm send-off by all ranks of Ganderbal Police. On their retirement, a simple but impressive farewell party was organized at PS Gund & DPL Ganderbal.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta appreciated the work and dedication of the retiree officers towards their duties. He extended good wishes and healthy post-retirement life to them. The senior Police officers also presented gifts to retirees as a token of love and respect for their exceptional services spanning over more than three decades.
The Addl. SP Malik Aijaz, SDPO Kangan Muzaffar Jan, Gh Hassan Hqrs Ganderbal, DySP DAR DPL Ganderbal Nazir Ahmad, other Police officers/officials were also present on the said occasion. They also acknowledged the contribution of the outgoing officers and conveyed their best wishes to them for post-retirement life.
