DC Shopian finalizes arrangements for Eid-ul-fitr

Shopian : In order to review the arrangements for the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-fitr, a meeting of senior officers of District Administration was on Saturday held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, FazLulHaseeb at DC Office Complex, here.
At the outset, the DC took a detailed appraisal of the arrangements being made by all the line departments required on the auspicious occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-fitr.
The DC directed the Officers of all the line departments to ensure all necessary arrangements are put in place well in advance so that devotees do not face any difficulty during the celebration of the holy occasion.
He reviewed traffic, sanitation, water, market checking, Medicare and other arrangements and instructed concerned Officers to extend all facilities to the people.
Besides Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr.ZakirHussainFaaz, the meeting was attended by ACR, senior officers of PDD, MC, PHE, Health Services, Revenue, Information, FCS&CA, Animal and Sheep Husbandry, and other concerned officers.
