Anantnag : In compliance to Plan of Action formulated by J&K Legal Services Authority, Lok Adalat for amicable settlement of Pre and Post Litigation pending before the courts at District Headquarter Anantnag and also at Taluka Courts of the district is scheduled to be held on 20 April, 2024.
The Lok Adalat shall be held under the chairmanship of Chairman District Legal Services Authority (PDJ) Anantnag.
All the concerned Judicial Officers have been asked to identify MACT and Bank Recovery cases to be taken up in the Lok Adalat and submit the list of the cases to DLSA Anantnag by or before 15-04-2024.
The litigants who are interested to settle their dispute in the proposed
Lok Adalat are directed to approach the concerned courts immediately so that their cases shall be listed for amicable settlement in the said Lok Adalat.
