Brig (Retd) Anil Gupta expresses delight for players developing their skills under great coachesyaz and explosive opener-cum-wicket keeper Kamaksh Sharma from JKCA to participate in the National Cricket Academy U-19 elite camp. The camp will be held from April 25 to May 22 in Nadiad, Gujarat and Salem, Tamil Nadu, organized by the BCCI.
Both players are seen as promising talents from JKCA and are products of the Talent Hunt program. Hatim Reyaz has had a successful season, scoring 422 runs with one century and two half-centuries, while Kamaksh Sharma, in addition to his impressive performance behind the stumps, has scored 279 runs with three half-centuries.
Brig Anil Gupta (Retd), Member Administration of JKCA, expressed his delight at the opportunity for the players to further develop their skills under the guidance of top coaches. He hopes that they will come back as valuable assets for the team after the camp.
Mithun Manhas, Member Cricket Operations and Development, and Sunil Sethi, Member Legal of JKCA, have also praised the selected players, wishing them luck and encouraging them to give their best.
The Chairman of the Junior Men Selection Committee, Arun Sharma, along with other committee members, are pleased with the selection of the two JKCA players for the elite camp.
