Advisor Bhatnagar extends Holi greetings
JAMMU: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the joyous occasion of Holi-the Festival of colours.
