Exhibition-cum-Workshop on promotion of Beekeeping begins at Samba

Samba: District Development Commissioner Samba, Abhishek Sharma on Friday led the inauguration of a one-day Exhibition, Conference, and Workshop aimed at promoting beekeeping organised under the HADP. The event, graced by the presence of District Development Council Chairman Keshav Dutt, Chief Agriculture Officer Samba Madan Gopal Singh, and other esteemed senior officers of the Department, marked a significant milestone in the agricultural landscape of the region.
District Development Commissioner Abhishek Sharma commended the Department of Agriculture Samba for its proactive initiative in organizing such a pivotal event. He underscored the importance of such gatherings in empowering farmers and beekeepers, highlighting their role in fostering innovation and growth in the farming sector. Sharma’s active engagement with the exhibition stalls showcased his commitment to gaining firsthand knowledge of the latest advancements in agriculture.
In his address, Sharma urged officers from various departments to follow suit in organizing similar events, emphasizing their potential to deliver tangible benefits to the farming community. His call for collaborative efforts resonated with the audience, reflecting a shared commitment to agricultural development.
District Development Council Chairman, Keshav Dutt lauded the efforts of the Department of Agriculture Samba in orchestrating the event.
