Doda: Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Doda, Manoj Kumar on Monday reviewed the implementation of RDD sector Government schemes and progress of Capex Budget works here at a meeting attended by the BDOs and Engineering staff.
The ACD took a thorough review of the Physical and Financial progress under District Capex Budget 2023-24/CD & PYT 2023, MGNREGA and PMAY in the district. He directed to complete all the works on time, besides setting deadline for completion of pending Geo tag under MGNREGA and PMAY-G within 2 days.
Regarding expenditure against the works approved under Area Development Plan, the ACD directed to ensure 100% expenditure by 20th March, 2024.
The BDOs were directed to complete all works by the end of this financial year.
The BDOs were also directed to conduct performance appraisal of all the supporting staff of MGNREGA on priority so that the non performing staff shall be disengaged.
The ACD directed the BDOs and Engineering staff to ensure regular monitoring of works so that all the targets shall be achieved in letter and spirit, besides directed to ensure quick redressal of public issues and to conduct field visits.
