Kathua : Director Horticulture Kashmir, Zahoor Ahmad Bhat on Saturday conducted an extensive tour of district Baramulla, commencing the visit from Fruit Plant Nursery in Zangam Pattan.
During his visit, Bhat meticulously assessed the functioning of the nursery and provided valuable guidance to the staff for enhancing efficiency and productivity.
He also participated in an awareness cum training program organized by the Department of Horticulture at Shopian.
The programme focused on disseminating crucial information including departmental schemes, disease control, and orchard management strategies for the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, he facilitated the distribution of appointment letters to the newly appointed Drivers, underscoring the department’s commitment to bolstering its operational capacity.
