Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, asserted that a sense of insecurity prevails among those ruling family-based political parties.
The Prime made these remarks while addressing a public rally titled, “Vijay Sankalpa Sabha” held at SR Infinity in Patelguda, Patancheru, Sangareddy district, Telangana after virtually inaugurating and laying the foundation for development projects worth Rs 6,800 crore. The Prime Minister emphasised the need to uncover corruption within family-led parties, stating that the feeling of insecurity has intensified among such leaders. He condemned the accumulation of wealth by these parties at the expense of the public and promised not to betray the people’s trust. Addressing the audience, Modi questioned the legitimacy of family-based parties having a license to loot, stating that they ruled the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Expressing gratitude for the love and support he receives, Modi pledged to reciprocate by contributing to Telangana’s development. He highlighted the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and the promise fulfilled by building the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Modi criticised family-centric leaders for filling their coffers, taking gifts, and amassing wealth. He highlighted his government’s efforts, citing the construction of 4 crore houses for the poor, in contrast to some leaders who allegedly misappropriated funds in projects like Kaleshwaram.Accusing both BRS and Congress of sharing a similar “Jhoot.. Loot” (Lies.. Robbery) path, Modi called for BJP members to aim for winning 400 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
