The incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created a history by denying any opportunity of participation at his Srinagar rally to  J&K’s top regional parties

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to arrive Srinagar on his maiden visit to Kashmir after changing the entire complexion of politics in Jammu & Kashmir. In the post 1947 independent history of the country Narendra Modi is the first Prime Minister who won’t be sitting by the side of any leader of any regional political party at a public rally in Srinagar and instead would talk all about the post August 2019 achievements of his Government on peace, security and governance in Jammu & Kashmir. It is an irrefutable fact that Jawaharlal Nehru the first Prime Minister of India made his maiden public appearance at Lal Chowk Srinagar at the invitation of late Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah and thereafter almost all the Prime Ministers made their public appearances with the support of the leaders of regional parties in Jammu & Kashmir, sometime it was National Conference (NC), Sometime Awami National Conference(ANC) and Sometime Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Notably the incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created a history by denying any opportunity of participation at his Srinagar rally to  J&K’s top regional parties like Farooq Abdullah’s National Conference (NC), Mehbooba Mufti Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sajad Lone’s Peoples Conference (PC) , Altaf Bukhari’s J&K Apni Party and Gh Nabi Azad’s DPAP.  Denying opportunity to participate at his Srinagar rally even to smaller regional parties like Sajad Lone’s Peoples Conference , Altaf Bukhari’s J&K Apni Party and Gh Nabi Azad’s DPAP who are accused of hobnobbing with the BJP by their bigger rivals like Farooq Abdullah’s National Conference (NC) and Mehbooba Mufti’s Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) the Prime Minister has conveyed a message to one and all that days of appeasement for power are over now for all regional political parties in J&K.

“Having established peace after decades of turbulent phases of violence and street protests in Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister Modi is arriving Srinagar obviously with a message to forward his own agenda of transforming Jammu & Kashmir into a welfare state instead of dropping even a single hint to even a single regional political party about any compromise on the agenda he has set for the future of Jammu & Kashmir. Instead of giving regional political parties of Jammu & Kashmir any opportunity to impose their agenda on New Delhi the Prime Minister is enforcing his own agenda for scripting a new political and developmental history in Jammu & Kashmir.”

So a message from Prime Minister Narendra Modi goes loud and clear and in his this message Prime Minister Modi has categorically conveyed it to the regional political parties that BJP won’t hereafter open it’s doors for power to any regional party in Jammu & Kashmir. Having established peace after decades of turbulent phases of violence and street protests in Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister Modi is arriving Srinagar obviously with a message to forward his own agenda of transforming Jammu & Kashmir into a welfare state instead of dropping even a single hint to even a single regional political party about any compromise on the agenda he has set for the future of Jammu & Kashmir. Instead of giving regional political parties of Jammu & Kashmir any opportunity to impose their agenda on New Delhi the Prime Minister is enforcing his own agenda for scripting a new political and developmental history in Jammu & Kashmir.
