One-day Spring Exhibition showcases Artisanal brilliance at G’bal

Ganderbal : The Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Ganderbalon Monday hosted a vibrant one-day Spring Exhibition at Mini-Secretariat, here.
The event was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir.
The exhibition, which drew a significant crowd, featured an impressive array of handcrafted items from various departments, including NRLM and DIC. Attendees had the opportunity to explore and appreciate the skilled craftsmanship of local artisans and weavers.
The diverse range of products on display highlighted the rich cultural heritage and artistic talents prevalent in District Ganderbal.
In addition to the exhibition, various departments offered valuable information about their services, contributing to the overall informative and engaging atmosphere of the event.
This initiative seeks to not only showcase the artistic expertise of the artisans but also serve as a platform for preserving and exploring the unique craftsmanship of District Ganderbal.
The DC expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms in organizing such an event. He emphasized the importance of supporting local artisans and promoting their work to a broader audience.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that such exhibitions play a crucial role in fostering a connection between the community and the skilled individuals who contribute to the cultural fabric of Ganderbal.
