Day 3rd of ongoing 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship 2023-24

Srinagar: On the 3rdday of 23rdongoingAll India Police Water Sports Championship 2023-24 seven different events (Men/ Women) were conducted at the Back Lawn of SKICC Srinagar.
In K-1 1000-M event (Women), Ms. PH Soniya Devi of ITBP secured 1st position, whereas, Ms. Oinam Bidya Devi of BSF and Jyoti of CRPF obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Besides, In C-1 1000-M event (Women), Shivani of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, Ms. Meera Das and Salam Arshi Devi obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
Moreover, In K-2 1000-M event (Women), Manaswini Swain and Ms. L.Meena Devi of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, M.Jeena Devi and H.Sonika Devi of BSF and Ms. Khushal Nandani Thakur and Ms. Ashly M.K of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In K-4 1000-M event (Women) Ms. Shushma Verma, Dipali, Manaswini Swain and L.Meena Devi of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, H.Sonika Devi, Ms.M.Anjali Devi, M.Jeena Devi and Oinam Bidya Devi of BSF and Kaushal Nandni Thakur, Karishma Suresh, W.Tama Devi and Ashly M.K of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions. In C-2 1000-M event (Women) Shivani and Neetu Verma of SSB secured 1st positions, whereas, N.Monika Devi and M.Inoacha Devi of BSF and . Priti Prabhakar Wankhade and Ramkanya Dangi of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions. Similarly in C-2 1000-M event (Men), Moisar Ahmad Bhat and Mubashir Hussain of J&K Police secured 1st position, whereas, Mr. L.Sidartha Singh and Salam Radhakanta Singh of BSF and Sagar Dattatray Nagre and Anand Patel of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions. Moreover, in C-4 1000-M event (Men), Amar Laishram, Ganesh Yadu, Nameirakpam Nganthoi and Gode Vishal Madan of BSF secured 1st position, whereas, Mr. Parminder Singh, Gurbakses Singh, T.Johnson Singh and O.Rabikantha Singh of ITBP and Adil Mohi-ud-din Bhat, Imitiyaz Hussain, Moisar Ahmad Bhat and Aquib Hussain of J&K Police obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
On this occasion Khalil Poswal, Commandant JKAP-9th Bn. was the Chief Guest on the occasion. He was accompanied by Kuldeep Handoo (DySP) Sports APHQ and medals were distributed among the winners of the respective events.
