AHD B’pora launches Round-4th of FMD Vaccination under NADCP

Bandipora: Animal Husbandry Department (AHD) Bandiporaon Friday launched the 4th Round of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccination drive at Veterinary Complex Bandipora.
The vaccination drive was launched under National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP) by Chief Animal Husbandry Officer (CAHO) Bandipora, DrG.A.Lone.
District Nodal Officer NADCP, Dr Bilal Ahmad, Block Veterinary Officer Bandipora, Dr Khalid Hamid; Officer Incharge ABS, DrTajamulHussain; Technical officer/ PEO Bandipora, DrSaimQureshi; Veterinary Assistant Surgeons of Block Bandipora and PashuSakhis of the district attended the programme.
During the event, CAHO highlighted the importance of the Vaccination program for maintaining healthy livestock in the district. He asked the field staff to work in coordination with the teams and team heads at respective block levels and ensure 100 percent completion of Vaccination targets within two months.
It was also decided that in case of any issue with regard to tagging, mapping, user ID, password, uploading under NDLM, the team heads will remain in close liaison with District Nodal Officer of Central team (Control Room) at CAHO office Bandipora, who will ensure quick disposal of the queries.
