Mushtaq Memorial Trust observes 5th death anniversary of Molana Mushtaq Ahmad Khan

Anantnag, 19 Feb: MUSHTAQ MEMORIAL TRUST JAMMU & KASHMIR (Established in memory of Molana Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, Seer Hamadan) observed the fifth death anniversary of Khateeb-I-Millat Molana Mushtaq Ahmad Khan Sahib on 19 February at Seer Hamdan, Anantnag. A day-long congregation was held at Masjid Abu Hanifa Mohalla Khan Sahib Seer Hamdan, which was attended by a public from nook and corner of the valley.
Scholars, Clerics, & Naat-Khawns graced the event and highlighted the religious, social, educational, and literary contribution of Khateeb-I-Millat. Scholars viz; Molana Mubarak Ahmad Rabbani, Dr Sameer Shafi Siddiqui, Molana Abdul Rashid Bhat, Dr Gul Muhammad Azhari, Er. Umar Attari, Dr Arshid ul Qadri, Dr. Tawseef Ahmad Wani, Molana Muhammad Ashraf, Molana Riyaz Ahmad Bhat, Molana Nayeem-ud-din Khanday, Molana Muhammad Shafi, Molana Syed Mudasir Geelani, Dr Peerzada Masood spoke on the occasion and paid rich tributes to Khateeb-i-Millat.
Scholars emphasized the need to carry forward the glorious legacy of Khateeb-I-Millat and urged people to support, promote, and follow his pristine mission and vision of unifying Ummah. Workers, overseers, and volunteers of Mushtaq Memorial Trust and Anjuman Tableegul Islam Zone Pahalgam served the guests and attendees coordinately. The congregation concluded with prayers for Ummah. Chairman Mushtaq Memorial Trust Zubair Anjum Khan thanked people for their participation. It is noteworthy that the Trust organises the event every year on 19 February, which is the departing date of Khateeb-i-Millat Molana Mushtaq Ahmad Khan.
