Pulwama : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pulwama, Dr Basharat Qayoom Wednesday convened a pivotal meeting to advance the district’s holistic agriculture development program (HADP), approving 170 crucial cases aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural practices and boosting the rural economy.
