Entrepreneurship Dev Prog for Women’s Tailors concludes at SBI RSETI Ramban

Ramban: The State Bank of India, Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Ramban marked the successful conclusion of a training program aimed at empowering women tailors.
The program, tailored specifically for women, witnessed the participation of 27 enthusiastic trainees from the Ramban region. Throughout the training program, participants learned various essential skills, including Entrepreneurship Competencies, Effective Communication Skills, Marketing Management, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Banking, among others.
Moreover, they gained practical expertise in dress designing, stitching, and measurements, covering a wide array of garments such as sarees, skirts, nightwear, school uniforms, and traditional attire.
Abdul Rashid Sofi, Lead District Manager Ramban, who the Chief Guest on the occasion. During his address, LDM enlightened the trainees about the benefits of Government Sponsored Schemes and the importance of vigilance against online banking frauds.
Additionally, he highlighted the Prime Minister Vishwakarma Scheme as a potential avenue for furthering their entrepreneurial pursuits. Senior Faculty member of RSETI Amrik Singh Raju, also interacted with the trainees, emphasizing the advantages of self-employment and educating various government-backed insurance and loan schemes.
He wished the participants success in their future endeavors and encouraged them to leverage these opportunities for their growth. Expressing their gratitude, the trainees extended their heartfelt thanks to SBI RSETI Ramban for organizing the 30-day Entrepreneurship Development Program.
