Srinagar : Police on Tuesday said that SIU Baramulla on Tuesday produced the charge sheet against three accused persons in case FIR No 103/2023 before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) Baramulla.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that the charge sheet of case FIR No. 103/2023 under section 7/25 IA Act 13, 18, 23 and 39 UAPA of Police Station Uri under investigation with SIU Baramulla was produced before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) Baramulla, adding therein that the case was produced against three accused namely Showkat Ali Awan S/o Ab Kareem Awan, Ahmad Din Khatana S/o Shakir Din Khatana and Mohd Sideeq Khatana S/o Umer Din Khatana, all residents of Churunda Uri Baramulla. Police in it’s statement also said that the next date of hearing of the case has been fixed on 16th February.
