Kishtwar admin finalises arrangements for JKSSB Exam

Kishtwar : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr Devansh Yadav on Saturday convened a meeting to finalize the arrangements for the Finance Accounts Assistant recruitment Examination scheduled to be held on 28th of January 2024 in the district.
The meeting was informed that as many as 3744 candidates are expected to appear in the Finance Accounts Assistant examination at 10 centers across the District. For the smooth, free and fair conduct of the examination, an adequate number of Magistrates, Superintendents, Observers and invigilators have been deployed across the district.
Dr. Devansh Yadav directed concerned officers to meticulously inspect all examination centers and ensure essential facilities such as heating, drinking water, sanitation, proper lighting, security and basic amenities are in place for the seamless conduct of the Test.
The Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) was directed to formulate a comprehensive route plan, parking facilities, and enhancing logistical coordination.
Police administration was asked to deploy adequate flying squads and besides male and female personnel at each centre on the day of exam.
DC was informed that 5 Zonal Police officers have been deployed for 10 examination Centres.
The Chair stressed for Mobile collection points to be established in every centre.
Moreover, the DC emphasized the importance of videography of examination material during the opening and closing procedures to reinforce transparency and security measures. He informed that CrPC 144 will be imposed around the 200 Meters radius of the designated examination center on the Exam day.
Meeting was attended by SSP Kishtwar Khalil Ahmed Poswal-JKPS, ADC Kishtwar Inderjeet Parihar, ACR Kishtwar Varunjeet Singh Charak,DPO Sunil Bhutyal, SDM Paddar Arun Kumar Badyal,District Coordinator JKSSB
Dr Umesh Shan, STO Kishtwar, Tehsildar Headquarters, Tehsildar Kishtwar, CEO Kishtwar, concerned officers of line departments, Duty Magistrate, Centre Observers, Officials from police, CRPF and others.
