B’pora: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel Ul Rehman Rather, Thursday visited the S K Stadium Bandipora to personally assess final arrangements put in place for Republic Day 2024 celebrations.
Accompanied by ACR, ExEn R&B, PDD, Tehsildar Bandipora and officials from other concerned departments, the DC conducted a thorough inspection of the venue and received detailed briefings about the arrangements put in place.
During the visit, the DC paid close attention to key aspects of the preparations, including seating arrangements, grounds and stage management, security, and other measures.
While discussing the schedule and execution of the cultural program, he stressed for seamless transitions and proper stage management.
The DC emphasized the importance of effective collaboration and coordination among all the departments involved. He urged officials to communicate regularly, address any potential bottlenecks proactively, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
